We recently had the privilege of working with a very special charity started by Josh and Aurielle Lindblom, a local couple with a very real concern for their community and it's children. Starting the Josh Lindblom Foundation, they hope to generate money to help care for children and their welfare in a number of different domains. So, making sure their site can help accommodate online donations as well as letting people understand where their money is actually going were important aspects of their foundation's vision.
Bringing their dream to Maximumedia allowed us to assess their needs and to make sure their brand reflects their passion. We innovated their existing art, used their ideas to create a website that would encourage interaction, and designed a real way to allow users to see just how teh foundation is making a difference in the local community. Maintaining a good business model that allows for charitable donations within a 501(c)(3) designated corporation presents a design challenge that we took on with conviction because service is what inspires our team!
Melding a sports theme with a clean interface and a straightforward aesthetic were the driving force behind the look of joshlindblom.com. We also look forward to partnering in future charity events with Josh and Aurielle to help make the community where we live one which thrives and ensures that it's children are safe, healthy and happy!
